ENCORE tables ship complete with top securely attached to base – ready to use. No Assembly Required other than connecting the power cord. When ordering tables, designate Base Color, Upholstery Top Color, Drawer Front Color and Side Drawers of Table to Open on Patient’s RIGHT (RH) or LEFT (LH). Contact ENOCHS Customer Service for help with custom upholstery and color combinations not listed.

How to Use the Build Order Number Form
Example: For an ENCORE 4550 with the Add-On Option of Dual Electrical Receptacles and Instrument Warmer, insert a" 01" in the first box. Next determine side drawer configuration; drawer opens on the patient’s right (RH) or on patient’s left (LH). Complete the order number by inserting the desired code for drawer front, base and top colors.
